How we guarantee your eBay auction winnings: We make a reservation in our name and then list it on eBay. Once you, the successful bidder, pays (usually by PayPal, with no cost to the sender), the resort is given your name and address. Within a couple of days, your name is posted to our reservation on our online Owners account. We then e-mail the good news to you. A guest certificate confirmation from the resort will arrive in the mail at your address in 7-10 business days.

All you will need at check-in is a photo ID and a credit card impression for any damages or incidentals--i.e. activity center fees, LD calls, restaurant charges, etc. (Local and Toll Free calls are free.)

3 Easy Steps

1. Obtain the Week Number of your vacation dates from our Calendars page.

2. Click on this Fairfield Resorts web site map link and decide upon a resort for your vacation.

3. Request us to e-mail you the appropriate Points Chart for the resort you desire. With Points Chart in hand, multiply the number of points for the unit you want by one penny per point, then divide that figure in HALF. (Example below.)

Remember... (1) The window of opportunity for half price rentals is for reservations made 60 days or less from check-in date. Otherwise, our account is charged the full amount of points, which becomes your charge from us. (2) Anyone with an eBay offer to “Buy It Now” instead of bidding to our auction’s end--which offer, if accepted, cancels our auction--is responsible for a 10 per cent auctioneer’s fee.

Example:
You’d like to take the family to Disney World. If you seek accommodations minutes away (literally) from the theme parks for a family of six to eight for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday, a 3 Bedroom Deluxe (floor plan below), suits your needs perfectly.

For this example, we select the popular Fairfield Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort, and refer to the official Fairfield Resorts Points Chart (below) for Bonnet Creek.

The 2005 Calendar shows Thanksgiving week as Week Number 47, and the Bonnet Creek Points Chart shows that week and unit at the regular 175,000 points. At a penny a point, calculate $1,750.00 -- now apply our Platinum VIP privilege and DIVIDE THAT IN HALF.
